The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC( held a meeting today, Sunday, chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Council, with the attendance of its members Sultan al-Arada, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, and via video call Abdul-Rahman al-Mahrami and Othman Majli, while Aidaroos al-Zubaidi, Tariq Saleh and Faraj al-Bahsni were absent with an excuse.

Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism Muammar Al-Eryani met today, Monday with the Executive Director of the International Alliance for the Protection of Heritage in Conflict Areas (ALIPH) Ambassador Valerie Ferland along with the Ambassador of France to Yemen Katherine Corm Kammoun.
The conversations focused on joint cooperation, coordination and partnership between the Ministry and ALIPH Foundation about preserving Yemen's cultural heritage, both tangible and intangible.
Al-Eryani expressed the Ministry's desire and willingness to cooperate and increase partnership with ALIPH Foundation to protect Yemen's antiquities and cultural heritage.
" We're looking forward to further broaden cooperation and establish active partnership with ALIPH to preserve Yemen's artifacts and cultural heritage", said al-Eryani.
The Minister cited several pressing priorities and projects to work on as soon as possible, first and foremost of are: the restoration of the National Museum in Aden, the rehabilitation of the Jameal Ghanem Institute of Fine Arts.
Al-Eryani revealed that a Conference on the Preservation of Antiquities will be organized next year in Marib governorate with regional and international participation by international donor organizations.
The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Hadhramout Foundation for Culture Sheikh Abdullah Buqshan was in presence.
