Member of the Presidential Leadership Council Sheikh Othman Mujalli met the French Ambassador to Yemen Catherine Corm-Kammoun here today and discussed the bilateral relations between the two countries, and the French stance in backing the Leadership Council's efforts to secure peace and bolster the economy.

Mujalli said, "The tension in the region is caused by Iran, and what happened in Gaza is a moral stain on the humanity of the world, and what the Houthis are doing in terms of destroying Yemeni homes, mosques, schools and hospitals is identical to the Israeli devastation and destruction in Gaza."
