Indian club Mohun Bagan withdraws from Asian Champions League

The Asian Football Confederation announced that the Indian club Mohun Bagan has withdrawn from the AFC Champions League 2 tournament.
The continental federation said in a statement that "based on Article 5.2 of the AFC Champions League 2 regulations for the 2024-2025 season (tournament instructions), the Asian Football Confederation confirms that Mohun Bagan Super Giant Indian club is considered withdrawn from the tournament," after the club failed to attend Tabriz in Iran to play its match in Group A against Tractor Club on October 2.
