Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed bin Mubarak conferred today, Monday, with Minister of State for International Cooperation at the Qatari Foreign Ministry Loaloa bint Rashid al-Khater over bilateral cooperation and relations.
Bin Mubarak's conversations with al-Khater aimed to explore further Qatari support for the economic and services sectors in Yemen.
The discussions touched upon Qatari funded developmental projects in Yemen such as improving Khalifa Hospital in al-Turbah, Taiz governorate, and the completion of Batays-Rasd strategic highway of 110km long in Yafe'a district, Hahj governorate, up to 70 percent of the road project has been done.
Bin Mubarak also sought for operating airlines flights from Aden airport to Doha.
The Prime Minister greatly valued Qatari understanding and willingness to offer a hand of help to Yemen to alleviate the Yemeni peoples' suffering.
The Qatari Minister reiterated her country's supportive stance in support of the Yemeni government, affirming that the state of Qatar will significantly contribute to the Yemeni government's efforts aiming to allay the Yemeni people's suffering.
