Inter Milan beat Lecce 2-0 in the match that brought them together, in the second round of the Italian Football League.
Inter Milan's two goals were scored by Matteo Darmian in minute 5, and Hakan Calhanoglu in minute 69 from a penalty kick. Inter Milan raised its score to 4 points, temporarily moved top of the table with four points, while Lecce remained in twentieth place with no points.
