King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center's "MASAM" Project for clearing Yemeni lands from mines has removed 1,390 landmines planted by the Iran-backed Houthi terrorist militias during the fourth week of July 2024 in a number of governorates.
The center explained in a statement that the cleared mines included 5 anti-personnel mines, 47 anti-tank mines, 1,337 unexploded ordnance, and one explosive device, bringing the total number of mines removed during July to 4,230.
The statement also indicated that the number of mines removed since the beginning of "MASAM" project so far has reached 453,298 mines randomly planted in various governorates to reap more innocent victims of children, women and the elderly.
