Masam" removes 882 landmines during second week of July

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center's "Masam" Project for clearing Yemeni lands of mines was able to remove 882 mines planted by the terrorist Houthi militias in various governorates during the second week of July 2024.

The center stated in a statement that the removed mines included 9 anti-personnel mines, 29 anti-tank, 841 unexploded ordnance and 3 explosive devices, bringing the number of mines removed during July to 1,851.

It indicated that the number of mines removed since the start of the "Masam" project until now has reached 450,919 mines randomly planted in various governorates leaving more innocent victims from children, women, and the elderly.
