Yemen airlines announced today that the Iranian-backed terrorist Houthi coup militia had detained 4 Yemeni aircraft at Sana'a International Airport, which threatens the safety of air navigation in the country and increases the difficulty of operating flights to and from within the country.
In a statement, the national carrier appealed to the international community, international air transport organizations, the international envoy to Yemen, and all competent authorities, to intervene urgently to stop such abuses to which the company is being exposed.
The company said, "We were surprised yesterday evening that the Houthi militias seized three of our Airbus 320 aircraft, bringing the number of seized aircraft to four, with the large-seat Airbus 330 aircraft that has been detained for more than a month."
