Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad al-Alimi sent a congratulatory cable to Emir of the State of Qatar His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani congratulating him on the occasion of the eleventh anniversary of his assuming the reins of power in Qatar.

The Chairman of the Leadership Council expressed sincere congratulations and best wishes of welfare to His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and the government and people of the State of Qatar, wishing the country progress and prosperity under the Emir's leadership.
