Yemen's ambassador to China Dr. Muhammad Al-Maitami discussed with the Director of the West Asia and North Africa Department at the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs Chen Weiqing a number of issues of bilateral cooperation between the two friendly countries, areas of bilateral cooperation, and issues of common interest.

Ambassador Al-Maitami briefed the Chinese official on the latest developments in the situation in our country, the steps taken by the Yemeni government to stop the war and achieve peace, and the keenness of the Presidential Leadership Council and the government to achieve a just and sustainable peace in all parts of Yemen.
