Member of the Presidential Leadership Council Maj. Gen. Aidaroos al-Zubaidi formally opened, in Aden today, the second general meeting of the Consultation and Reconciliation Commission supporting the Presidential Leadership Council.

In a keynote speech, al-Zubaidi congratulated the participants on the convening of the meeting, given the extremely complex and exceptional circumstances, which require collective bearing of national and historical responsibility through alignment and broad frontal cohesion to confront the imminent threats, the worst of which is the Iranian regime and its proxy, the terrorist Houthi militia, whose terrorism extends to the sea, targeting the nation's food and medicine supply, and international interests.

Al-Zubaidi made clear that the battle with these terrorist militia is a fateful and relentless battle, and an open battle on all military, political and economic fronts, pointing out that this meeting comes as an extension of the great efforts that have been made recently to unify ranks and strengthen the alignment to confront these militias and their Iranian inspired agenda, which jeopardizes the security of Yemen and the region.
