Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed bin Mubarak chaired here today a meeting to address the financial, economic and service situations, and plans to promote monetary and financial stability, as per the orders of the Presidential Leadership Council.
The Governor of Yemen's central bank, the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Electricity and the Director of the Prime Minister’s Office, Engineer all took part in the meeting.
The meeting discussed several measures to shore up the national currency, within the framework of an integrated fiscal and monetary policy to control currency exchange rates.
