Under-Secretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates for Financial and Administrative Affairs Awosan al-Awod met today, Wednesday, with the Charged Affairs of the embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Republic of Yemen Shao Ch'ing .
Yemeni-Chinese bilateral relations and cooperation were key focus of the conversations.

Al-Awod highly praised the Chinese steadfast stance in support of Yemen and its internationally recognized government and leadership, greatly valued the Chinese significant contribution to the development drive and humanitarian actions in Yemen.

The Chinese diplomat renewed Beijing's support for Yemen's security, stability and the UN-led efforts to get an inclusive political settlement to bring the Yemeni crisis to its end.
