Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Qasem Buhybeh has called for establishing a hospital in Yemen that offers traditional Chinese medicine services alongside modern medical services.

Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Qasem Buhaybeh met today, Friday, in Geneva with the Regional Director of the World Health Organization (WHO) for Middle East Dr. Hanan Balkhi on the sidelines of the WHO assembly's sessions.
They discussed joint cooperation and coordination between the Ministry and the WHO.
The conversations touched upon the problems of malnutrition in Yemen where some 50% of children under age suffered from.
The Minister sought for the WHO's support to establish national factories to produce the food stuff of the feeding therapy to help addressing the chronicle problem of malnutrition among children in Yemen.
