Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Dr. Nizar Basuhayb held talks with a team from the International Fund for Agricultural Development in Yemen (IFAD) headed by the Fund’s Regional Director Tawfiq El-Zabri on the Fund’s interventions for the current year.
Talks focused on a $ 6 million rural livelihood development project and a host of programs implemented within the framework of the project.
