Member of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) Maj. General Aidaraous al-Zubaidi was briefed on the military and security situations in Shabwa governorate during his meeting today, Saturday, in the transitional capital Aden with Commander of the Ataq Axis, Commander of the 30th Infantry Brigade Maj.
General Adel Hadi, Commander of the Special Forces Colonel Mohammad al-Tusli, and Commander of the Emergency Security Forces Lieutenant Colonel Ali al-Dahboul.
The senior military and security commanders detailed Maj. Gneral al-Zubaid on the military and security situations in Shabaw and the ongoing efforts have been made by the military and security authorities to establish security and stability in the governorate.
Al-Zubaidi applauded the significant efforts of the different security and military services in Shabaw that have helped to maintain the security and stability.
He also praised the great efforts of the armed forces to repel the Houthi militias' attacks and infiltrations attempts the militiamen carried out sporadically.
The PLC's member stated that Shabwa governorate is given special attention due to its economic, history and its large geographical area, reiterating his support for the efforts made by the fellow citizens in Shabaw led by the governor Awadh bin al-Wazir, the Head of the Security Committee to further establish security and stability in the governorate.
