A Yemeni delegation taking part in the Capacity Building, Reconstruction and Planning Program in Japan has had a first-hand knowledge about the advanced experience in management, planning and reconstruction in the Japanese city of Mitaka.
The Yemeni delegation in a meeting with Mitaka's mayor Takashi and other city officials, expressed their interest in benefit learning from the city’s experience and the advanced achievements the city has realized in vital areas that serve the interests of the public.
