Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed bin Mubarak called for joining efforts, unifying ranks and mobilizing resources to deal with the challenges the country has been facing.
" It is very vitally important to keep the national alignment united, mobilize all efforts and resources to battle the Houthi militia and its Iranian scheme", he said, adding" All political forces and national constituencies need to be aligned around the goal of restoring the state's institutions and eliminating the Iranian backed Houthi coup".
He made his statement during a meeting he held today, Saturday, in the temporary capital Aden with the representatives of the Yemeni political parties and constituencies.
The Prime Minister briefed the political parties on the government's priorities at this critical stage, its plans and the ongoing efforts to handle the challenge, mainly the economic hardships.
He noted that the urgent priorities currently the government has been focusing on are: achieving the peace that ensures restoring the state's institutions, eliminating the coup, enhancing accountability, transparency, fighting corruption and going on the financial and administrative reforms.
The Prime Minister stressed that everybody must be fully aware that Houthi militias poses an existential threat to everyone, it won't exclude anybody, so the battle against the militias must be everybody's business.
"Any disputes among the national resistance against the terrorist militias is a strategic mistake", bin Mubarak warned.
