Seventy people were killed and 145 others suffered injuries, 50 of them serious, in traffic accidents in the liberated governorates during Eid al-Fitr holiday.
The General Department for Traffic Police said in new statistics released that there were 142 various traffic accidents during Eid al-Fitr, 75 of which were vehicles collisions.
