Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Dr. Adel BaHumaid held talks today, Tuesday, with Chairman of the Malaysian Human Rights Commission Argonath Kissafan over human rights situations in our country amid the Terrorist Houthi militias' grave violations and atrocities against the Yemeni people.
BaHumaid provided an informative presentation about the political and humanitarian crisis created by Iran-backed Terrorist Houthi militias' coup against the official government.
He cited a long list of the militias' violations against the fellow citizens, most recent one the brutal offense against the inhabitants in the city of Rada of al-Baydha governorate, where the militiamen demolished the citizens' houses upon them using explosives devices, slaughtering a dozen and injuring several more.
The Chairman of the Malaysian Human Rights Commission asserted the Malaysian stance against all forms of human rights violations, demonstrating willingness to cooperate with the Yemeni national mechanism for human rights represented by the National Committee for Investigations into Alleged Violations of Human Rights about exchange information, reports and update databases as well as about capacity building of the Yemeni cadres operate in human rights.
