Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Ahmed bin Mubarak spoke on the telephone today, Monday, to the Premier of the Moroccan government Aziz Akhannouch over Yemeni-Moroccan bilateral relations and collaboration.
The telephone conversations covered the ongoing joint cooperation between the two countries, the developments in the Red Sea due to piracy actions by Houthi militias and the implications of that upon the region.
Bin Mubarak highly appreciated the supportive stances of the Kingdom of Morocco in support of the internationally Yemeni recognized government, affirming Yemen's support for the territorial integrity of Morocco including the Moroccan desert.
For his part, the Moroccan Prime Minister reiterated his country's support for the internationally recognized Yemeni government and its efforts to re-establish peace and stability.
Akhannouch confirmed Morocco's condemnation of the terrorist actions of the Houthi militia and its rejection to come to peace.
