Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Ahmed bin Mubarak urged all officials to listen carefully to the peoples' complaints and remarks about the services provided by the government's institutions and facilities in different fields.
He said " Fellow citizens' complaints and notes about basic services must be heard, taken seriously and problems should by handled first by first. Anybody fails to do so, will be held accountable, if he can't do his job, he must leave his position for somebody more competent and proficient".
He voiced his remarks during an inspection visit he paid today, Saturday, to the Friendship Teaching Hospital in the temporary capital Aden.
Dr. bin Mubarak toured the medical facility's departments accompanied by Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Qasem Buhaybeh, chatted with the patients, listened to their concerns, complaints and feedbacks about the medical services.
The Prime Minister gave his directives to take urgent measures about the medical devices that need to be mended and fixed.
