Yemen Says Houthi Militia Poses Direct Threat to Regional Peace, Condemns Attacks on Gulf Infrastructure
Yemen has affirmed that the Iran-backed Houthi militia poses a direct threat to regional peace and security and to international navigation, saying the group is a tool used to undermine Yemen’s sovereignty and stability, disrupt basic services, and obstruct the delivery of humanitarian assistance to those in need.

The Secretary-General of the National Population Council, Dr. Jeb Nasser Al-Humayqani met the new population activities coordinator at the UNFPA, Mr. Majed Al-Sarihi and discussed the appointment of coming of the strategic expert in population issues to approve the national plans for the coming years.
Talks also went over the important arrangements for some activities and workshops and setting priorities for the second quarter of the year.
