Yemen's Minister of Industry and Trade has participated in a session on e-commerce within the World Trade Organization's 13th ministerial conference (MC13) being held in the Emirati capital.
The World Trade Organization was mandated in the session to collaborate with other international organizations and stakeholders to promote cooperation to address the main challenges to e-commerce, especially the challenges of training, capacity building and providing infrastructure that promotes e-commerce mainly in developing countries.
The world’s trade ministers have gathered in Abu Dhabi, as of February 26, for the high-level WTO meeting, where they aim to come up with agreements on key fishing and agriculture industries to address sustainability and food security.
