Yemen participated today in the WTO's 13th ministerial conference (MC13) in Abu Dhabi today, .with the Yemeni delegation being headed by Minister of Industry and Trade Mohammed al-Ashwal.
The event is scheduled to run until Thursday
Speaking at the event Minister al-Ashwal addressed the issue of trade in the Red Sea and concerns regarding the Houthi piracy that constitutes a danger to international navigation in the region.
Al-Ashwal also took part in a meeting on in investment in the Emirati capital, which event discussed provision of facilities for investments and freedom of movement, and the effects on sustainable development.
