Minister of Oil and Mineral Dr. Saeed al-Shamisi called on the Russian companies which operate in oil and gas businesses to come to Yemen to establish their investment in oil, gas and minerals sector, promising significant concessions.
He voiced the call during his talks today, Thursday, in the temporary capital Aden with the Director of the Middle East and North Africa Department at the Russian foreign ministry Alexander Kinschak and the Chargé d' Affairs at the Russian Embassy in the Republic of Yemen.
The Russian official confirmed Moscow's constant support for the Yemeni internationally recognized and the Yemeni people in different fields.
He stated that his government is keen to further boost bilateral cooperation between the two countries in the areas of economy, trade and investment in oil and gas businesses.
