Head of Supreme Judiciary Council inspects works in Supreme Court

The President of the Supreme Judiciary Council, Judge Mohsen Yahya Talib, today visited and inspected the work at the Supreme Court in the Transitional Capital of Aden.

Talib inspected the information system and network linking between the court departments and judicial affairs.

Accompanied by the Minister of Justice Judge Badr Al-Aredha and Council member Judge Sabah Al-Awani, he received an explanation from the President of the Supreme Court Dr. Ali Al-Awash about the work in the court departments, the role played by the Supreme Court in deciding the cases presented to it, and the administrative organization that helps judges in the departments to achieve timely results.

The President of the Supreme Judiciary Council praised the efforts made by the employees of the court and commended the judgments issued by the court during the previous judicial year, despite the difficult circumstances.

For his part, the President of the Supreme Court appreciated the visit of the President of the Supreme Judiciary Council to learn about the situation of the court and the challenges it faces. He also praised the role played by the Judicial Council in supporting the judicial bodies to enable them to carry out their legal duties.
