Deputy Governor of Marib for Administrative Affairs Abdullah Al-Bakri and the Director General of the Youth and Sports ministry branch office Ali Hashwan launched here on Sunday the governorate’s first Wushu Kung Fu contest.

The 3-day event is pitting 40 players from different age groups against each other.

I hope that this contest will be one of the stepping stones through which Marib prepares for achievements in internal and external competitions, deputy governor Al-Bakri said.
