Prime Minister Ahmad Awadh BinMubarak received Wednesday US Envoy Tim Lenderking and US Ambassador to Yemen Steven Fagen.
The US envoy and ambassador congratulated BinMubarak on appointing him a prime minister, hoping him success in his duties.
They renewed their country's support to the government to perform its responsibilities and duties as demanded, confirming enhance mutual and strategic relations between the two countries.
The two parties discussed latest national and regional developments and peace horizons on the light of Houthi terrorist militia's escalation in a number of warfronts and the increasing terrorist acts threatening the international navigation in the Red Sea.
Prime Minister renewed Yemen's denunciation to continuous Israeli barbaric aggression against Gasa Strip and West Bank, killing and injuring dozens of the thousands of Palestinian people.
He called upon the international community to shoulder responsibility and work on doubling efforts to implement imminent ceasefire and allow entering humanitarian assistances easily.
For his part, the US envoy reviewed efforts exerted by his country to alleviate regional tensions, including putting an end to Houthi militia's attacks undermining freedom of navigation in the Red Sesa and hindering accomplishing progress in peace process in Yemen.
He renewed his country support to the Presidential Leadership Council, the Government and to Yemen's security, unity and stability.
