[30/01/2024 05:53]
WARSAW-SABA
Yemen's Ambassador to Warsaw Dr. Mirfat Mujalli discussed Tuesday with the Director of the Middle East and North Africa Department in the Polish Foreign Ministry means of enhancing mutual relations between the two friendly countries and latest developments in the Red Sea.

Mujalli confirmed that securing international navigation in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden will come only by supporting the government of Yemen and regaining areas under Houthi terrorist militia's control, including coastal cities, which have become launching pads to threaten regional and international security.

She pointed out that Yemen has warned early that Iran has been plotting to destabilize the stability of the whole region, including international navigation through its hands of Houthi terrorist militia.

Houthi militia's terrorist attacks have not only impacted international maritime trade but also complicated suffering of Yemeni people, who depend on 90 percent of imports to survive, she said.

Mujalli noted that the terrorist attacks on the Red Sea have led to increase of goods prices and ships avoid crossing the area.
She confirmed keenness of the government of Yemen on realizing peace process led by the UN Envoy for Yemen.
