Supreme Judicial Council approves restructuring Supreme Court’s departments

The Supreme Judicial Council, in a regular meeting headed by the council's Chairman Judge Mohsen Yahya Taleb in the temporary capital Aden today, agreed on restructuring the departments of the country's Supreme Court in accordance with the Judicial Authority Law, and the appointment of a president and members of the technical office in the Supreme Court.
The Council approved the nomination of a Supreme Court judge to serve as a member of the Higher Judicial Institute's board.
The Council also discussed a number of topics on its agenda and took appropriate decisions and actions regarding them.
