Minister of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs Ahmad Awadh BinMubarak discussed Monday with Charge D'Affaires of Russian Embassy in Yemen Evgeny A.Kudrov mutual relations between the two countries and latest developments in Yemen and the region.
The two parties confirmed deep-rooted Yemeni-Russian relations, highlighting historical dimensions of these relations and importance of boosting and improving them.
They also discussed exerted efforts to realize peace in Yemen and exchanged viewpoints towards barbaric aggression by Israeli entity against the Palestinian people in Gaza Strip and West Bank. They affirmed importance of stopping mass genocides committed by Israeli occupation.
The Russian diplomat renewed his country's position towards sovereignty and unity of Yemen and its security and stability.
