In a meeting headed by its chairman Judge Mohsen bin Talib here today, the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC( has decided to change the name of The Tax Court of First Instance in Aden to The Tax and Customs Court of First Instance.

The SJC also appointed judge Ahmed Abdullah Maharaj as a member of the Mukalla Appeals Prosecution, judge Ateq Ahmed Hussein Saleh as a Deputy Prosecutor of Saif Primary School in Hadramaut, judge Ahmed Ali Obaid Ali as a member of the Jaar Court of First Instance in Abyan Governorate, and judge Qasim Ali Nasser Hujairi as a member of Zara Court of First-Instance in Lawdar district, Abyan Governorate.
