Two girls were injured on Friday evening by Houthi snipers in Al-Shaqab area in Sabr Al Mawadim district, southeast of the city of Taiz.
A local source said that the two girls, Nazira Ali Ahmed Abdullah (16 years old) and La'ali Mahyoub Ali Ahmed (9 years old), were injured by the bullets of a Houthi sniper stationed in al-Saliheen hill, east of the Al Shaqab region. The snipers targeted the two girls next to their houses in the Najd Al-Muraqib neighbourhood. Nazira was shot in her waist, while Laali, sustained a head injury.
Houthi terrorists have killed and injured several hundreds of civilians in Taiz governorate by sniper shooting alone.
