Minister of Oil and Minerals Dr. Saeed Al-Shammasi discussed with Kuwait's Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Oil, and Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment, Dr. Saad Al-Barrak, aspects of partnership and cooperation between the two brotherly countries.

In a meeting held on the sidelines of the Arab Energy Conference in the Qatari capital, Doha, Al-Shammasi touched on the bilateral relations that bind the two brotherly countries in various fields, appreciating the honorable positions of the State of Kuwait alongside the government and the Yemeni people.
