The new program includes renewing the protocol of cultural exchange between the two countries for the forthcoming three years in field of sending students to study in Algerian universities, exchanging visits of the teachers between the universities and research centers, joint sponsorship on the scientific theses, participation in scientific symposiums and conferences and exchanging scientific researches and courses between the teachers of the universities.
