Deput Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Dr. Nizar Basuhaib discussed Sunday with newly appointed Director of Danish Refugees Center's office in Aden Ahmad Saeed interventions of the council in humanitarian and developmental fields and contributions in supporting government efforts to alleviate suffering of citizens.

The meeting touched upon activities implemented by the Danish Council in a number of provinces, including supporting displaced people's camps, injured people from civilians and providing cash assistances and removing landmines.

Basuhaib also discussed with Representative of Albasar International Foundation Ammar Anwar possible support of the foundation to efforts of health sector and establishing medical camps for optical operations.
