Transport Minister Dr. Abdulsalam Humaid discussed Sunday with Egyptian Minister of Aviation General Lieutenant Mohammad Hilmi cooperation in air-transport sector between the two countries.
The two parties discussed a number of topics associated with enhancing partnership relations in different fields of air-transport, recent Egyptian procedures regarding travelling of Yemeni nationals to the Republic of Egypt and solutions to facilitate travel, as well as opening direct flights from airports in liberated areas, especially al-Rayyan Airport in Hadhramout to Cairo International Airport.
Minister Humaid welcomed organizing flights before Egyptian Aviation companies, uttering readiness of providing all facilitations to those companies, as well as training and qualification to Yemeni cadre in air-transport field, praising mutual relations between the two countries in different fields, including air-transport.
For his part, the Egyptian aviation minister confirmed deep-rooted mutual relations between the two countries and taking care of solving all issues discussed in the meeting for serving interests of the two countries.
