General Inspector in the Ministry of Interior Maj. General Fa'ez Ghalab met today, Sunday, with the Charge'd Affairs of the Japanese Embassy in the Republic of Yemen Kazu Hiro Higashi.
Yemeni-Japanese security cooperation about fighting terrorism and organized crime was key focus of the conversation.
The Japanese support for Yemeni in the area of training was also touched upon.
The Japanese diplomat confirmed his government's support for the internationally recognized Yemeni government and the ongoing efforts to achieve security, stability and peace in Yemen.
