Health minister discusses with German diplomat health cooperation

Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Qasem Buhaibeh discussed Wednesday here with the Officer of Cooperation in German Embassy in Yemen Marcela Mazyarik a number of issues associated with health domain and means of enhancing relations between the two countries.

Minister Buhaibeh praised German support to health sector in Yemen through German Development Bank and GIZ, pointing out to keenness of the ministry to improve relations with German embassy to boost joint work.

He pointed out that the ministry is currently working on revising projects with Yemen's partners, confirming the ministry's plans towards sustainable development programs.

For her part, the German diplomat reviewed different activities and interventions of her country and future horizons to improve them in humanitarian and developmental fields and enhancing cooperation between Yemen and Germany in health field.
