The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center signed - via video conference - today a joint cooperation agreement with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations "FAO" worth $8 million, to improve the livelihoods of Yemeni families that depend on their income on agriculture, livestock and fisheries.
The project benefits 34,500 families in 14 districts in the governorates of Abyan, Al Hudaydah, Al Jawf and Al Mahra
The agreement aims to support the livelihood of farmers, livestock owners and fishermen, protect working families, and improve access to fish landing sites by rehabilitating productive infrastructure and providing basic fishing tools.
