Hadi had attended and delivered an address in the UN General Assembly's 72nd session on Thursday 21st September and acquainted world leaders about the wretched situations Yemen is going through as result of the Saleh-Houthi militias' coup and insurgency.
On the sideline of the General Assembly's session, Hadi also held meetings with senior international officials including US President Donald Trump, the UN Secretary General Antonio Gueterres, the U.S. Permanent Representative to the UN, Nikki Haley, and the UN special envoy to Yemen.
