His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent Saturday a cable of congratulations to President Bassirou Diomaye of the Republic of Senegal.

President al-Alimi congratulated Diomaye on the occasion of his country’s National Day anniversary.

The Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, on his own behalf and on behalf of the members of the Council and the government, expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Diomaye, wishing him abundant health and happiness, and wishing the government and people of the brotherly Republic of Senegal continued progress and prosperity.

He also wished further development and growth in bilateral relations between the two countries.
