ADEN-SABA
The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center’s “Masam” project for clearing landmines in Yemen removed 1,329 mines during the third week of March, all planted by the Houthi terrorist militia backed by the Iranian regime across various governorates.

In a statement, the project reported that the mines cleared in the governorates of Aden, Hadramout, and Taiz included 6 anti-personnel mines, 200 anti-tank mines, 1,116 unexploded ordnance items, and 7 improvised explosive devices.

The statement added that the total number of mines removed during March has risen to 3,500, bringing the overall number cleared since the launch of the “Masam” project to 549,452 mines.

These mines were planted indiscriminately across multiple regions, claiming the lives of innocent civilians—including children, women, and the elderly—and spreading fear among local communities.
