His excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), sent a cable of condolences to His Excellency President Xí Jìnpíng of the People's Republic of China on the victims of the earthquake which struck the two provinces Gansu and Qinghai south western the capital Beijing .

President al-Alimi expressed his own and on behalf of the PLC's members heartfelt condolences to the President Pinging and the families of the victims, wishing safety for those persons who are still missing and soon recovery to the wounded people.
